We believe your skin tells the truth about what's happening beneath the surface. Stress, sleep, hormones, and the way you live. It all eventually shows up on the surface. So instead of treating skin in isolation, we treat it as what it actually is: a living organ, deeply connected to everything else going on inside you.
Kin means family, and that's the feeling we set out to create when we opened our doors on Bath Lane in December 2016. A small space where you can slow down, be genuinely listened to, and treat your skin to some real attention.
We're results-driven, but never rushed. Our approach centres on aligned skin health, treatments designed to work with your skin's natural function rather than against it. Every appointment is as much a chance to reset your nervous system as it is to care for your skin. Because real change doesn't come from doing more. It comes from understanding what your skin actually needs, and giving it exactly that.
Every treatment is delivered by experienced, highly trained therapists who take the time to explain, educate and guide, so skin care never feels overwhelming or overly complicated. Just simple, considered care that leaves you feeling confident, informed and genuinely comfortable in your own skin.

RACH
Rach is a therapist at heart, and her path back to skin has come full circle after time spent in the fitness industry.
She has a genuine commitment to education, currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, driven by her belief that skin responds best when it's cared for from the inside out as much as the outside in.
With more than 10 years in the industry, including running her own clinic, Rach brings a depth of experience and a considered, whole-person approach to every treatment.

KAT
Kat's love for helping people feel their best began in day spas, shortly after completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2012. Her experience has since grown across clinic and beauty settings, and today she enjoys a bit of everything, from sculpting brows to tailoring skin treatments, always bringing a touch of relaxation that's stayed with her since those early days. A proud member of the Kin family for the past seven years, Kat loves that there's always something new to learn, keeping her inspired and passionate about her work.

Chloe's passion for skin began straight out of school, leading her to complete a Dual Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Salon Management at Elly Lukas. With three years of industry experience, including time spent working in Melbourne, she brings a genuine commitment to considered, results-focused care. Warm and easy to be around, Chloe takes pride in helping every client feel confident, at ease and genuinely looked after.

Since completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2011, Danielle has spent 15 years building a career centred on helping people feel genuinely confident in their skin, nine of them as a valued part of the Kin team. A true all-rounder, her real passion lies in skin, combining results-driven treatments with a personalised approach that puts each client's needs first. Warm and welcoming, Danielle believes helping someone feel good about themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of her role, and she brings that same care to every appointment.

The Role
We're looking for the right person to join the Kin Skin Co team.
We'd love to hear from beauty & dermal therapists who bring a strong work ethic, a natural sense of style, and a genuine passion for skin, skincare and the aesthetics industry.
This is a corneotherapy-focused role, centred on skin consultations, skin prescriptions and facial treatments.
You'll be organised and detail-oriented, comfortable in front of a camera, and bring a natural eye for creativity. Confidentiality is essential, but so is initiative. We're looking for someone who brings good ideas to the table and is genuinely excited to grow alongside the Kin brand.
Skills
